  • "I started the SHAPE ReClaimed program wanting to lose weight. I did lose weight, but what I gained was so much more. I feel amazing! I do not feel bloated all the time and joint aches and pain are gone. I also have a lot more energy. SHAPE ReClaimed has changed my life."

  • "Dr. Alyssa has helped me by being very passionate in what I need and addressing it. Dr. Alyssa recommended the nutritional program SHAPE ReClaimed for me. I had a personal consultation with Dr. Alyssa and started the program right away. Dr. Alyssa spends time with you, listening to your wants and needs and helps you achieve your goals along the way. I have lost 40 pounds and I'm much happier in my own skin! Thank you to Dr. Alyssa for helping me on my journey to better health!"

  • "When my parents and I started SHAPE ReClaimed, I had no idea how much we would learn about reclaiming our health. We were able to transform our minds along with our bodies with help from the SHAPE ReClaimed program, as well as the love and support from each other!"

  • "My toddler has never been a great sleeper, but we always see improvements after seeing Dr. Alyssa! Both of my kids have better latches while nursing and better attitudes after a visit too. Our family feels welcome and we all enjoy our visits with Dr. Alyssa."

  • "I was dealing with chronic back and hip issues. Dr. Alyssa did a complete review and analysis including my form while running and exercising; even what shoes I was wearing to ensure proper support. I was given stretches to improve my mobility and advise on diet and lifestyle. Her approach was more holistic which greatly improved my overall well being. This is why she's the best! My husband and toddler love visiting her too!"
  • "Dr. Alyssa figured out my many problems with being tired, having hair loss, weight gain, and low libido. She advised me through a diet regimen to help all of this. She fixed my jaw pain that was troubling me for years. Within a month Dr. Alyssa had my jaw muscles working again without pain. She takes her time with each person and treats them like a person, not just another patient. She listens and works with you. She is wonderful with children and tries different techniques if something is not working for you."
